26 inch balance

Question

I could use a balance for right side of window.

Length. 26 inches

Also need closing latch which is missing from right side of window. Bottom sash

Any assistance would be appreciated

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S775-26 channel balance to yours. You'll need to remove the balance show from the window jamb to measure it and choose the corresponding 26B strength option.

As for the tilt latch, we may be able to help, but we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation screws to compare to our inventory.
