Greeting. I need to replace the entire channel Balance when I measure it measures 28 but on the bar it shows 26 What should I go with? I can share pictures

When you're measuring the balance, you want to make sure you ONLY measure the metal channel. Do not include the top or bottom fittings.
According to your stamp, your balance should be 27" long, not 28". For the company that made your balance, it's normal for the metal channel to be 1" longer than the first two digits of the stamp.

Thank you.. i have orderd two of the 27. If they work, i will be replacing tons of windows that are starting to give me problems. Thank you
