26" window channel balance

I need some assistance determining the correct window channel balance. It is 26" in length not counting the plastic ends. On the side it says "26 5" then "BSI" sideways, then a small "TF".

Thanks for contacting us. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a custom order. Just note that the metal channel should be 26-5/8" long. You may want to double check.
