2610 option is not strong enough for my sash weight

My order for S385-27 with option 2610 the weight would not keep the window open. Can you please advice what option I should pick for S385-27 if my origin balance is 26-5? Also please suggest the option for 29-5. I'm attaching picture for both balances.

Thanks for posting! If your old stamp was 26-5, then you should choose the 2650 option. If you wanted to be 110% sure, you can weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart shown on the S385-27 store page.
