Hello there. Based on the end attachments I think this is either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2630.

No, these channel balances are non-handed and will work with either side of the window sash.
