Channel Balance Replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. What you have here is a special extended travel channel balance, named for its unique block and tackle system. We can supply a replacement but it will have to be a custom order, since it's not a stock product.

Before I go any further, I had a few questions I'll need you to clear up. To start, can you show me a clear photo of the metal clip at the end of the cord? Yours appears to have snapped off. It may seem like a small detail but it's very important, so seeing the old clip is necessary to proceed.

Next, can you verify the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 26-7/8" long, not 27".

Lastly, can you tell me how many you needed altogether?

Thanks! That's exactly what we needed to see. At this stage I only need the quantity. We have to set the count for you ahead of time, so I'll need that before we can get the ball rolling.
