Hello,
Could you please help me to identify the specific window balancer part? This is for a window that opens top/down.
The window is double pane and non-tilt. It's length is just under 27" and the balance is 1/2" wide! Thank you!

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-7/8" long so you may want to double-check that as custom orders are non-refundable.
In the meantime, can you show us a photo of the top fitting and the metal clip attached at the end of the cord? How many balances are you looking to purchase? I can draft a price quote once I have those details.
