We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order since you don't have a stock configuration. Your balance uses a 19-041 top, which isn't sold pre-assembled with any of our existing Series.

Before we move forward with that, though, then I need more information from you. The first is to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe; I need you to tell me if it's the 1" deep 15-005 or the 1-3/32" deep 15-004. The diagram below will show you what I mean.

I also need to know how many balances you need.
