Half inch wide, 28 inch long non tilt channel balances. Found in viking windows so they're probably very old. I believe it has a roller on the bottom as you describe, but please check the picture to verify. Stamped with "2460 BSI OB".

Hello,
We should be able to supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. To determine exactly what you need, we would like to see a side profile photo of your bottom fitting that the metal clip extends from. We'll also need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Please note that our replacement balances would come with winged bottom fittings since the unwinged shoe shown in your photos is no longer available.
