2640 Balances

Question

Hi, I am the wholesaler who called earlier about pricing on 36x 2640 balances. You suggested I send some photos of what we are replacing. Of the 36, 8 are marked 2640A. But they look identical to the 2640. The 2640A came off a narrower window. All are 27" channels.

Hey there. I believe you might have the S378-27, S380-27, or S385-27. The only difference between these channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. Be sure to use an undamaged balance if possible to determine this.

You then have to choose a stamp option. This designates the balance's strength. That extra letter after the main stamp isn't important, so don't worry. All of these balances effectively stamped 2640. Let me know if you have questions.
