I believe they are Viking windows and believed to be out of business. I need both sides. 1/2 inche in diameter 28 inches long

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance has a winged top and a wingless bottom shoe like the S395-27 Channel Balance. Given the stamp on your balance, its length should be 27".

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs.
