2640 Window Balance

Question

I am looking for replacement window balance but am having issues as they do not come complete, having to order the end pieces separately is causing some issues. How do I make sure that I am ordering the correct parts?

It looks like you have an extended-travel channel balance, which is a special type of window balance that is only available by custom order. Before we proceed, can you show us a clearer picture of the metal clip at the end of your cord? Can you also tell me how many balances you'll need? Our minimum for custom orders is 2.
