2640 balance 28" long

If the stamp is 2640, then the length of the metal channel should be 27", not 28". Make sure that you're only measuring the metal channel. Don't count the nylon fittings when you measure. I think if you double check, you'll see that your metal channel is 27" long.

Thanks for getting back to us! Looking at these new photos of your nylon fittings, I think you might have a custom combination. It looks like you have a 19-002 top fitting and a 15-050 bottom fitting.

Please look these parts over and let me know if you agree. If so, this will have to be a custom made balance, since none of our stock options can replace it.
