Hi there Linda.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We're happy to look into this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get? You'll want to measure a shoe in undamaged condition for an accurate measurement.

Bottom shoe looks to be 1 1/16th deep.
7/16th wing.

There is also another part on the smash that is broken. Can you identify this part? 1 1/2 inch long 5/8th wide.

Thank you for the additional photos and information! Take a look at the S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances with the 2650 stamp option. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You may want to double-check your measurement just to be sure.

If it's still measuring 1-1/16" deep, I wonder if the bottom shoe was once 1-3/32" but wore down over time from use.

As for the top sash guide, the 18-009 and 18-188 come to mind. We don't have a 1:1 match for yours but review the specifications and see if one of them matches what you need.
