26.5 in Channel Balance

Question

Hi, I seem to have an in-between size for a channel balance. It's 26.5" long.

Does this need to be custom made? I need 2 whole channel balances for a single window in my home.

I was able to identify the number "81165" on it.

Thanks for your inquiry. The balance you show resembles our Series 370. That comes assembled with a 19-004 channel balance top and 15-002 bottom balance shoe. Compare your nylon fittings with ours to confirm this is a match. We also want you to confirm the metal length measurement. Be sure when measuring from metal to metal excluding the nylon attachments and get back to us with the final measurement. As for your stamping, it does not correspond with any of our stamp options, so we will need for you to weigh your sash and get back to us with that weight number.
