Question

The parts I ordered are not correct, the frame is to thick and wide and the shoe is to wide as well. I have attached photos let me know if I need anything else tks

Hello,

I suspect that you may have the S795-26 (26B) channel balance but our assembly comes with the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 t-lock shoe. I would recommend removing your t-lock shoe from the window to compare to our 1" wide 15-194, which you would need to purchase separately and follow the video below to attach it in place of the stock shoe. Take a look and see how the specifications of these parts compare to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
