I believe you can use our S380-27 channel balance as a replacement. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go. Don't worry so much about design, I know ours are a little different; I'm more concerned with size.

Otherwise, I also recommend that you select the 2620 stamp option, when prompted.
