26B and 32C balances

Question

I have the same issue with at least three windows in my home. One is 26b bs1, two just says 32c . I would need all the parts needed to do the entire window as well as a video if there is oe

We'd be happy to help but the stamp codes on the balances only indicate the spring strength, not the correct replacements. To get started, we'll need to see both ends of your balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
