I believe we can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to the length of the metal channel. 

Before we can address that, though, I'd like you to confirm the Series; that is, the combination of nylon fittings. Based on your photos, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.

I would also like to know how many balances you need. Once we have that information, we can work on the custom order.

Thanks for confirming! We actually sell something better, which would be the 15-029. This is just a little under 1" and should work well for your shoe. The catch is that it's not a stock combination and it has to be custom made, but your balance needs to be custom made anyway due to the metal channel length.

Speaking of, now that we have the Series straightened out, we're just waiting on confirmation that we can get that custom length. Please bear with me a little longer. I hope to have an answer soon.

Okay, we're all good to go! I'm going to email you an order link and price quote now for 3 balances. These will have a 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom, as well as a 28305 option. Finally, they will measure 28.5"  long.
