Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you have the Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. Can you measure yours and tell me what you find? And how many balances would you need? I ask because this will have to be a custom order since we don't have a spring strength option that can support a 40-pound sash.
Custom orders are also nonrefundable so you may want to double-check the sash weight just to be safe!
