27 14L BSI Balance shaft

I purchased this window from Home Depot about ten years ago and installed myself. This is a single hung loe glass and does not swing out for cleaning. No markings on the glass, 2700 series silver line. Window is 50

We may be able to replace this balance. Before we begin, can you show me a clearer picture of the top and bottom nylon attachments? I can't make them out from your photo. Can you also confirm the exact weight of the sash? Thank you!

The sash weighs 44.1 lbs.

Thank you! I believe our S390-28 would be a good match. This comes with a 19-002 top attachment and 15-001 bottom attachment. Because of your extra heavy sash, though, yours would need to be specially made. I'm thinking of going with our 2780 option, which can support a sash of 42 through 48 pounds. Does that sound good to you? If so, let me know how many you need and I will email you a special balance order link and price quote.
