Thanks for the requested photo. Your balances can be replaced with either the S351-28 or the S390-28. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe.

The 2740 stamp should work in place of yours. It will support a sash weighing between 19 to 26lbs.
