27 4 GV CMC 7

Question

This is what was printed on the channel balance (spring) for my aluminum single hung insulated window.  The channel is 5/8" x 5/8".  The length of channel is 27 7/8"and the overall length with the plastic ends is 29 5/8".   The vent is approximately 40" wide x 29 1/2"  high.  Do you have the channel balances for this?
