Old style window balance from what I've read. Window sash weighs 33 lbs. non tilt

Can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 27-5/8" long. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to order?

Aw bummer. I already ordered 27"-385 series because it had the same measurements and clips. The channel is 27-5/8 and the clip on the 27-385 was also the same. Will those not work?

I'm afraid they won't as the configuration is too different. You can call our customer service team at (888) 991-1929 to cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped.

It is 27-5/8th. I would most likely order 4 if they are special order, depending on price.
