Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the information given here doesn't help us identify your hardware. Can you show us photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window? I will do my best to help from there. 

I'm afraid I can't identify what you may have here just yet. The fittings or attachments appear to be missing which are important details. Can you show us photos of whatever shoe or attachment that this balance uses? May we also see a photo of the clip at the end of the cord? 

What we'd like to see specifically is the shoe or attachments that this balance uses but I'm unsure of what they may look like. Those parts might still be installed in the window. It would also be helpful to know how the balance installs, whether that be with a hook or screw, as well as a photo of the clip at the end of the cord.
