27" Caldwell non tilt

Question

Could you please identify the Caldwell of my non-tilt windows as shown on 2 photos uploaded?

I measured the length of metal is 27", but the mark on the back is 26 3 EW CMC 10

Hey Kevin. Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but do you have an undamaged version of this balance? Perhaps from the other balance in this window, or an identical window in the house? If so, can you show us the guts or underside of the balance? Some balances from the Pacific coast have a unique configuration we must account for. Send us those photos and we will proceed from there.
