27" Metal channel balance for a 30 pound window

This part was installed by a window repair guy but is not the correct weight. I have a 22 pound window and the total length of the metal part and the glass only on my window is 27 inches. I hope I have sent enough pictures if not please let me know.

See our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below. Now, your balance's stamp indicates you should select a stamp option of 2660, which supports a window sash in the weight range of 30 through 33 pounds. You, however, say your window is 22 pounds. Did you ever have trouble closing these windows or keeping these closed prior to the balances breaking? If not, please confirm your sash's exact weight before proceeding.
