27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE

Have attached printed on the balance with 19-005 on the top and 15-004 on the bottom with a 27" channel. Is it correct to say we need a 2640?

Thanks for posting. This looks like either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. If you haven't already, compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You are correct, you will need a stamp option of 2640.
