5/8" diameter spiral balancer

My window is 42x29. The balancer broke, it's 27inches long and 5/8 diameter. Don't know it's weight but the tip is red. Which one would I need?

Hello! This looks like a tilt window, so I would recommend our S600-27 channel balance. What you have is considered a "red" tip, yes.

I ordered red tip spiral balances. I just received them and they lol orange. Is that what you guys consider red?
