27" balance

A quick learner from California says:

I have 27" balances that seem to be you part number S380-27 except with a 15-004 base. I've included photos of both ends and the only stamping on it. I'd like to buy a pair to make sure they work before placing a larger order for the rest of the house. This window is approximately 22 pounds.

Hi there!

It sounds like you need our S385-27 instead which comes attached with the 15-004 1-3/32" deep shoe. For a spring strength option, you'll need the 2640 option. Look this over and let me know if you have any questions.
