Thanks for posting. Based on your photos, I recommend either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between them is the depth of the shoe, so you'll have to measure yours to confirm the better choice. Since there is no marking on your old balance, you'll also have to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best stamp option weight rating.

Hi Tom, Thx for replying.
My sash is about 25-30 lbs.
I measured the shoe depth and the S380-27 will be the best choice.
But I also found there is a marking on the old part:
I sent you picture. Can you make out the numbers?

If you can make out the numbers, would the markings be comparable to the S380-27?
I just needed your input before ordering.

Thx Tom

Tom from SWISCO responded:

For a balance marked with "26 3" you would go with the 2630 stamp option that has a sash weight range of 13-19 pounds. You also mentioned that you identified yourself the correct balance for the window, so you should be good to go.

A home owner from California says:
Hi Tom, I am still confused which part to order.
I will call your office. Maybe it is better to talk.
thx

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I am not sure where the confusion lies. We suggested the S380-27 balance to see if it is a match for you. We also clarified the 2630 option to go with for your sash weight. If you have not viewed that part number, you may want to do that and I am sure once it is reviewed, it will clear up some confusion you may have been having.
