27" channel balance replacement

A home owner from Seattle, WA says:
Markings: 26 4 LV CMC 7
Non-tilt balance window
1/2" channel width

Would appreciate guidance on selecting the correct top & bottom fittings. I believe it is Series 380 or 385 channel balances.

Also would like to confirm that the correct stamp option is 2640.

Hello there, and thank you for the thorough information. I agree, this looks to be either an S380-27 or S385-27. It comes down to the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the image below for reference. The Series 380 has a shoe that is 1" deep, whereas the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure the depth of your existing balance's shoe to confirm which Series you need. In either case you will want to choose 2640 as the stamp option. Let me know if you have further questions!
