27 inch Caldwell 26 4 KP stamped balance replacement

Hello

I would like to order two window balances to replace old ones. The old balances are stamped. "26 4 KP CALDWELL". They are 27 inches long. Any help with selecting the correct replacement would be wonderful.

Hey Tobin. I'm sure we can help, but I'd like to clarify one further detail. Can you show me the point in the guts or underside of the metal channel where the metal spring and pulley system connect? Once I verify this one feature we should be able to move this along. Many thanks.

That's a huge help, thanks! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
