Hello! This looks like a S795-27 to me. Your stamp uses a different rating system than ours; you may want our 27E stamp option, but that's just an educated guess. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm. Two balances with a 27E option can carry 26 through 30 pounds. As long as your sash falls within that range then you should be good to go.

One other important note is that our S795-27 uses a screw tab to install at the top. If yours uses a hook, let me know. Our balance wouldn't work as-is and we'd need to find a workaround.
