27 inch window balance - Marking 2630

Thanks for your post! The replacement for this window balance is either the S380-27 or the S385-27. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.

I suspect you shoe may measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as the replacement will need to be a custom assembly.
