27 inch window channel balance

Question

Hi,
This is my second attempt at a post. I need a replacement part for my window channel balance part# 26-4 CA2 CMC 4. It is 27 inch long and 1/2 inch wide. I think I need an S380 or S385, but can't tell the difference from the pictures. I've attached pictures.

The only difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is in the shoes. It's not really something you and I can identify with a glance, so I'm afraid I cannot say what you need. You'll have to measure your shoe and compare it to the dimensions we show for each balance in order to confirm.
