27" long by 5/8" wide by 1/2" deep channel balance

Question

Single pane tilt window installed in home built in 2006. Channel screws in at top and then hooks to the shoe at the bottom via a metal bar / rivet.  Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reaching out. I am confident we have a replacement balance that will work for your window. However, I'll need to see a photo of undamaged balances removed from the window. Especially the shoe connected to the bottom of the window.

We, unfortunately, do not have a replacement recommendation for the plastic piece you have pictured. You may need to visit a local hardware store for guidance on where to find a replacement. I apologize we can't be of more help with this part of the replacement.
