27" long channel balance -style S 380? VsS385

Question

I believe this is a channel balance S380 based on pictures and descriptions, but I would like to have someone clarify before I buy several replacement parts for our 3 windows (all the same). 27" long stamped with 2640 A(upside down)

Hello there!

This looks like either or S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. See the image below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2640 strength option for your replacements.
