27" non tilt channel

Need help identifying replacement part, No no numbers on unit, metal channel 27" long, 1/2" channel width (5/8 overall width) 24# window. Photos of ends attached

Thanks for writing in. Can you show us your balance's bottom shoe from a different angle? I want to confirm whether or not it has wings like your top nylon fitting. Also, is there any stamp code on the metal channel? If so, could you show us a picture of the stamp code? If there is no stamp, we will need the exact weight of your window sash. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. This is what I needed to see. This is either a S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
