27" window balance

Question

You sent me the balance (it's perfect) but I still need 2 parts. The first is the window latch to release the window The second goes on the end of the balance and is supposed to have a hook on the end. 2 1/2" long. I will need 2 of each part.

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. The tilt latch resembles the 26-464. However, we recommend you compare the specifications with yours to confirm they match what you need.

As for the other part, that appears to be the 19-030 long S-clip but ours is 2-1/8" long.
