Weatherstrip is rubber or vinyl with no foam fill, black.
.270" width t-slot offset, with oval bubble .350" wide by .190" high, overall height from flat to other side is .400"

Hmm... our 58-171 is similar, though not exact. It is normally used on the bottom sash to seal it at the sill. Check it out and see if you think it could work.
