2700 Single Hung Series Silver Line Windows

Question

Markings on window channel is 21 12. I have more photos if needed. Met upload size. I have 2 windows that no longer work. Both the same size. So I have 4 total window channels that are all broke.

Hello,

It looks like you have either our S351-22, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-22, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the shoe depth shown below to determine which matches your assembly.

With that being said, it looks like there is a part in the front of the bottom fitting that I do not recognize. If you could show us the front of the bottom fitting of an undamaged balance as shown in your fourth photo, that would help us confirm if our stock balances would work as a replacement. Thank you!
