I have marking 2730 BSI LH.
Is there a difference from RH to LH?
Please recommend a replacement.

It sounds like you're looking for replacement channel balances. These types of balances aren't distinguished between left and right handedness. We'd be happy to help identify your hardware but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory.
