2730 replacement balances

Question

Looking for replacement balances. Marked 2730. Metal piece is 28" long and about 29" tip to tip on the shoes.

Do I need the S395-28's?

Yes, you do! Good call. You can weigh to check the 2730 stamp, if you want to be totally positive, but with wings on top and no wings on the bottom, a 28" balance would be S395-28.
