I have it narrowed down to your S351 and S390. I cannot see any physical difference. The balancer comes from a window with the name" ALENCO" on the window frame. The number "2730" is stamped on the end of the balancer.
The metal portion measures 27 7/8". The shoe (end with metal hook) extends 1/4" beyond the metal end. The top plastic piece extends 3/4" beyond the metal end.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi Ron. It's possible that this might actually be a custom balance. If you could show us pictures of the balance, especially of the shoe with the hook, that would be most helpful. Please re-confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments, as well. From there we should be able to determine what you need. Many thanks.
