Hi, I'm trying to replace my 2730 window channel balances. I'm having trouble finding the right top and bottom guides. Can you help me figure out which one I have so that I can purchase the right ones?
I have two identical windows and only found one channel balance in each window. I thought that the windows had two each. So I am assuming that (since the windows never stayed open or opened evenly) the balance has been missing the entire time and I need to order four.
Can I buy them already riveted in?
