2730A BSI, which shoes?

I was reading some other posts here trying to make sure I was ordering the right parts for my window balance. When measuring the bottom shoe on the balance that came out of my window it is 7/8", at most 15/16". Any help on which ones I need?

Hello there. It sounds like you might have the S378-28 Channel Balance. The shoe depth of this balance is 7/8". See below for reference. For a stamp option choose 2730.
