I have identified the channel balance I need (28" Series 380 Channel Balance). Mine has a stamp "2740 P". Does the "P" signify anything special? If not, I will order the balances with option "2740".

The "P" doesn't signify anything of importance. Our 2740 stamp should work fine as a replacement.
