We can supply this balance, but I believe it has to be a custom order due to your combination of nylon fittings. Your top fitting appears to match our 19-041, which is not a stock part.

Before we go any further, though, I'd like you to confirm the bottom fitting, as well. It should be either our 15-004 or 15-005, I'm just not sure which. Please review the diagram below and tell me which one is better.
