2740 balances

Question

I need both balances for this window and at least one top cap if you have them. It's the black plastic cap that's broken. The other is in the sash, but haven't tried to remove it yet.

Hello, Gilbert. That cap is called a top sash guide. Yours in particular appears to match our 18-174, but see if you agree.

As for the balance, consider our S395-28 as a replacement. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those are the same size as your originals then it should work well as a replacement.
